(taken from : BOLASportsLine/Seag) -- Indonesian Pencak Silat Athletes Haris Nugroho and Rony Saifullah has
successfully taken the gold medals in Pencak Silat SEA Games XXIII in
Phillipines, which was held in Cebu City, Sunday (4/12) WIB. Haris has
also taken the dold in 65-70 kg men's, while Rony has taken away the
gold medal in 75-80 kg class. Haris Nugroho is one of the members of PPS Betako Merpati Putih school.
The Silver mdeal from 65-70 kg was taken by Malaysian athlete, Norhasmizan, while the bronze medal was taken by Thin Lin Aung (Myanmar) and Le Anh Tuan (Vietnam).
The Silver medal from 75-80 kg was taken by Abdul Kadir Mohd Ibrahim (Singapore), while the bronze medals were taken by Nirun Markpech (Thailand) and Mohd Zuber (Malaysia).
One Silver Medal was also being taken by Diyan Kristiano from 45-50 kg. The Gold Medal in this class was taken by Abang Erdie (Malaysia), while the bronze medals were taken by Jul Omar Abduhakin (Phipine) and Mohd Asadullah.
In 50-55 kg class, Indonesia athlete, Yohanes Edison has successfully taken the broze medal along with Mohd Saifullah (Singapore). The golden medallist in this class was taken by Ahmad Sharil (Malaysia) and the silver medalist was abdulloh Mahlee (Thailand).
